General Terms and Conditions
- Stays from Saturday to Saturday except in low season.
- Final Cleaning: € 30,00 Single Room – € 40,00 Two-room apartment – € 50,00 Three-room apartment.
- Extra Beds: 5° Bed in a Two-room apartment and 5°/6° Bed in a Three-room apartment € 30,00 per week.
- Linen: Rent on site: Double bed 6,00 € – Single bed 5,00 € – Bathroom set 6,00 €.
- Beach service: 1 beach umbrella + 2 deck chairs = € 50,00 per week per apartment.
- BUFFET BREAKFAST SUPPLEMENT € 6,00 per person per day.
- Accommodation in apartments complete with crockery, cookware, Sat-TV, Safe, Hairdryer, Fan, large verandas equipped with chairs and table.
- Wi-Fi: Bar / Restaurant / Reception GRATIS.
- Services: Swimming pool, Bar, Restaurant, Solarium, Tennis, Parties.
- DEPOSIT FOR BOOKING 30% OF THE ENTIRE AMOUNT BE MADE THROUGH POSTAL MONEY ORDER.
- Transfer from/to the Airport and Railway Station of Lamezia T. € 80,00 each way.
- Excursions: Isole Eolie, Taormina, Locri, Gerace, Stilo, Reggio C.,
- Direct departures from the Resort.
